A Honda Accord with a gasoline engine came into our car service in Belgrade for routine maintenance.
We replaced the engine oil and the main filters: air, oil, and cabin filter. We also installed new spark plugs, which are crucial for the smooth operation of the gasoline engine, its starting performance, and fuel efficiency.
Additionally, we changed the coolant and brake fluid, as they are essential for maintaining the engine's operating temperature and brake reliability.
How often should you change the oil in a Honda Accord?
For the gasoline Accord, we recommend an interval of about 7,500 km. Oil gradually loses its properties, and at this interval, the engine gets fresh oil before the old oil stops functioning properly.
Besides oil, it's also important during maintenance to check filters, spark plugs, coolant, brake fluid, and other consumables.
