Service for BMW X3 in Belgrade: Oil and Automatic Transmission

Today, we serviced a BMW X3 at our auto repair shop in Belgrade. This is the second minor service we have performed on this vehicle.

This time, the client requested not only the usual oil and filter change but also the oil change for the 8-speed automatic transmission ZF.

For this transmission, we replace the oil along with the oil pan: the filter is integrated into the pan, and contaminants accumulate there. Simply changing the oil alone does not constitute a complete service for this type of automatic transmission.

We used oil that meets the BMW Longlife-04 (BMW LL-04) specification. Compliance with BMW standards is essential.

We also took a look at the swirl flaps in the intake. There are currently no critical issues, but we informed the client that during the next minor service, they should be removed and cleaned.
