A BMW came into our independent car service in Belgrade for maintenance of the cooling system and engine preventative care.
We performed a partial coolant replacement. On B47 engines, a partial replacement typically requires 5–7 liters. This time, we used Valvoline's green HT-12 coolant.
We also cleaned the swirl flaps and the intake system. Over time, diesel engines accumulate carbon deposits in the intake and on the flaps, which can hinder engine performance.
